A Faun & a Fae
This is a proof-of-concept for a passion project I am working on. A wholesome story in a fantasy setting, a clumsy faun struggling to dance and a faerie who gives him a chance and teaches him the moves in private, a lovely story about how you can do anything you set your mind to.
Iroh’s Lecture
‘Iroh’s Lecture’ was a personal project as a fan of Nickelodeon’s ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’. The incredible speech from Doctor Who’s Series 9, ‘The Zygon Inversion’, inspired me to look into the character of Iroh and what motivates his change from war monger to empath.
Starcrossing Act 3
Starcrossing was a graduate short film I worked on with a team of students at Duncan of Jordanston College of Art and Design. In the early stages of development, Starcossing was originally planned without dialogue, with only body language to tell the story. I worked on the third act of this first draft of the story, where we calm down from a dramatic climax, where Raine hits her head during their competitive race for comet crystals, Honey takes her home and nurses her back to health, and they watch a meteor shower together as they enjoy a soft moment together.
